- Next day shipping via courier (areas outside Nairobi County) via Wells Fargo or G4S.

We offer free shipping to orders above KES 50,000/= T&C
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns under the following conditions:
a. The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
b. The item has not been washed, repaired, or customized in any way.
- Returns must be initiated within 24 hours after delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide your order details.
- Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine the appropriate refund or replacement.
- In the case of a return, you may be eligible for one of the following options:
a. Partial refund: The store will determine a percentage of the refund based on the condition of the returned item.
b. Brand new replacement: If the returned item is deemed faulty or damaged due to manufacturing defects, we will replace it with a brand new item of the same kind.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product.
